Best Practice: Mega Networking Progressive Dinner

Goal: To raise money and give their chapter members an unique opportunity to network, NAWBO Chicago created Mega Networking Progressive Dinner.

Implementation: One of NAWBO Chicago’s most successful events has been their Mega Networking Progressive Dinner. Attendees are given three table assignments, one for salad, one for entree, and a third for dessert. They switch tables at each course which enables them to meet nine new people each time.  Each table is facilitated to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to introduce herself and her business.  “Take the work out of networking at the Mega Networking Dinner.”

Results: NAWBO Chicago has been doing this event for years.  It has proven to be a strong recruiting tool and money maker.  It’s also helped make NAWBO Chicago a name in the local community as one of the best groups for networking.
